At TravelEntryHub.com, we are committed to providing a smooth and timely travel document preparation service. By using our platform, you agree to the following refund terms:

 


 

1. No Refund After Submission & Delivery

Due to the nature of our service, once your form is submitted, payment is processed, and the result document is delivered, you are not eligible for a refund.

This applies even if:

  • You no longer plan to travel

  • You made an error during submission

  • You found the official government service later

  • Your travel plans changed

We are a third-party facilitation service and our work is considered complete upon document delivery.

 


 

2. Chargebacks Will Be Disputed

All chargebacks will be formally disputed, as:

  • The customer receives the service as described

  • Clear disclaimers and terms are provided before payment

  • Proof of delivery and processing is retained

Submitting a chargeback after receiving the document is considered fraudulent misuse of financial channels.

 


 

3. Exceptions for Refunds

In rare situations, we may offer a full or partial refund at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • A technical error on our side causing submission failure

  • Unreasonable delays in document delivery beyond our promised time frame

  • Duplicate payments

  • An official update making the form temporarily unavailable after payment but before processing

In such cases, please contact us at support@travelentryhub.com with your order reference within 7 days of your payment.

 


 

4. Cancellations Before Submission

If you wish to cancel before your form is submitted to the official platform, we may consider a refund minus a small processing fee. This depends on the stage of preparation your order is in at the time of cancellation.
